Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how World Rank Challenge, developed by Harun İlker Kaya ("we", "us", or "the app"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the mobile game.

Information we collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we may receive your display name, email address, provider identifier, and a Firebase user identifier. Apple may provide a private relay email address.
• Guest account identifier: Guest play uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which creates an anonymous user identifier. Guest scores are not submitted to the global leaderboard.
• Profile and gameplay information: We store registered players' public player name, unique player ID, best World and Europe scores, daily and weekly challenge scores, badges, game totals, and category statistics in Cloud Firestore. Local best scores, sound settings, and ad-frequency counters are also stored on the device.
• Advertising information: Google Mobile Ads and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent choices to provide, measure, personalize, and protect advertising. The exact information used depends on your device settings, region, and privacy choices.
• Purchase information: Apple App Store or Google Play processes Premium purchases. The app receives product and transaction status needed to unlock or restore the ad-free entitlement; we do not receive full payment-card details.
• Technical information: Firebase, Apple, and Google may process basic device, network, authentication, security, and diagnostic information required to provide their services.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate registered and anonymous guest players, maintain editable profiles and player IDs, save scores, statistics, and challenge-attempt counts, operate global, daily, and weekly rankings, award daily badges, provide and measure advertising, restore Premium subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests.

Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell personal information. Information is processed by service providers required to operate and monetize the app, including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Mobile Ads, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, Google may provide personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies, including Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising and privacy choices

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent where required before advertising data is processed. You may consent, decline consent, or manage individual purposes and advertising partners. Declining consent does not limit access to the game; eligible limited ads may still be displayed.

Where required, you can review or change your advertising privacy choices later through the privacy options entry point in the app's Settings. You can also control system-level tracking permissions in your device settings. Changing a privacy choice may affect ad personalization and measurement but does not affect gameplay.

Data retention and deletion

Account, profile, statistics, daily and weekly challenge, badge, and leaderboard information is retained while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account from the Account menu inside the app. This deletes the Firebase account and associated player records. Information may remain temporarily in service-provider backups where required for security and recovery. Subscription history is retained by Apple or Google under their own policies. You may also request assistance by email.

Security

We use authentication, access controls, and database security rules designed to protect player information. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's privacy

World Rank Challenge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.

International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence, subject to their legal and contractual safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
